3. Five heating spots: double preheating box, heating table with tools, wax residue recycling hot plate, dissolving wax box and wax outflow tube.
4. Quadruple temperature protection function:
(1). the computer automatic temperature control.
(2). thermostat controller monitor and control the temperature control.
(3). If three hours without operating, the machine will automatic stop heating.
(4). Temperature setting range:0 ℃ ~ 85 ℃ (85℃ is the most safety temperature for dissolving wax.)
5. Manual or pedal two ways of outflowing wax, it is simple and convenient to operate.
6. All the heating plate are stainless steel forming structure, beautiful and easy to use, no welding seam, it can avoid of leaking wax, and with a wax liquid filter and residual wax recycle device.
7. Maintenance-free heating system: heating points all adopt casting hot plate instead of the resistance wire, electric heating pipe and other same kind of products’ heating mode, which can avoid of some disadvanges, such as easy to fuse, easy to fire as well.
8. Adopt LED Low Voltage lightening device.
